A hidden gem. Way larger than it looks. Lot's of history about the area you just wouldn't find anywhere else. Several hands on activities for kids. Plan on spending 30 - 45 minutes to see it all thoroughly.

This a small museum, gallery and information center. Pat, the attendant the day we were there, was very nice and helpful to folks asking questions. The little museum has lots of local artifacts supporting the history of the town and area. Most definitely worth your time. A few shops on the small strip of town; a few places to eat: and an ice cream parlor or two. All-in-all, a good stop and a nice stroll around.

We really enjoyed the museum. Staff was very helpful, there was a lot to see, a lot of area history to take in. If I had a complaint- it would be the audio recordings throughout the museum that continuously replay a short snippet of audio, it was redundant and pretty distracting.
